This highly sought after neighbourhood sits just south of Bloor Street West and The Kingsway area. The Royal York subway station on the Bloor and Danforth line is close by for the area residents who often choose this easy convenience when they're working downtown Toronto. This area also enables easy access for motorists being only minutes away from the Gardiner Expressway, QEW and Lake Shore Boulevard. It's incredibly quick and easy to travel either to the downtown core of Toronto or west to Pearson International Airport.
